The apartment is an airy and spacious 1970's addition to a traditional farmhouse. Sleeps 4–6. 2 large double bedrooms, sitting room with sofa bed, kitchen/dining room with balcony, and bathroom. Separate access and reserved parking. Private terrace for dining all'aperto.

Guests are welcome to use the 14 metre swimming pool, which is shared with the owners. Open from spring to autumn. NB: with no shallow end, it is unfortunately not suitable for small children.

Internet access. TV. Sound system. Use of owners' washing machine. Shared use of games room with table tennis and table football.

Heating by wood burner, with radiators in each room. Fuel supplied.
